Custom on-line status reports are available to each client via a password-protected section of the WatchDog website. The property management report with uploaded photos, upon request, allows the owner to verify the home's condition at any time, day or night. Basic Homeowner Services Include:

	Check all major appliances
	Security system: test, serve as key holder and contact for alarm company, check for security breaches (security services are provided under Shield Security: License # B 2700263)
	Climate controls: test system, change filters (provided by homeowner), check for mold/mildew
	Pest infestation: check for damage/problems
	Electrical system: check, replace bulbs and smoke alarm batteries
	Water and disposal systems: run and check all faucets, toilets, and disposal for problems or leaks
	Check for weather/storm damage
	Plant maintenance: check for damaged plants/landscaping, pick up external litter
	Referral network of preferred outside contractors available as requested Based on a 2,000 sq ft home
